Managing and routing enterprise telecom infrastructure across the Managed Services division as part of the GJU Dual Studies program, a three-year track combining academic study with recurring industry work terms. Provisioning lines, configuring routing logic, and administering users on Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) for Shared, FTTH, and SMP DID pools. Extending the same unified-communications workflows — line provisioning, call routing, user administration — across Telefinity PBX deployments to keep enterprise voice infrastructure consistent and operational.
